1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a rights holder or an authorized agent and believe that content appearing on the Website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material on the Website that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate it (e.g., URLs);
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
All notices must be submitted via email to our designated Copyright Agent: support@chatcircle.online
2. Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a proper DMCA notice, the Website will:
- Review the notice for completeness;
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Notify the user who posted the content that a takedown request has been received.
The Website acts in good faith to address alleged infringements in accordance with applicable law.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed or disabled was done so mistakenly or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
- Consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or where you reside if outside the United States) and acceptance of service of process from the complaining party.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, the Website may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA.
4. Prior Contact Requirement
Before initiating any legal action, formal complaint, or takedown request that targets the Website as a whole, you must contact us via support@chatcircle.online and provide reasonable prior notice. Failure to provide prior written notice may be deemed improper, and the Website expressly reserves all rights to pursue remedies under applicable law, including injunctive relief, damages, and other legal action.
